This is another example of CCM's ability to work with the OEM and work through the product design to achieve a manufacturable and repeatable high toleranced fabricated item. We started with the critical dimensions and worked backwards to assign tolerances that would achieve a repeatable process and maintain the design integrity. These items are made of hot-dipped galvanized steel with further painting and screening processes.
